TONN Jumper Kit

TONN Jumper Kit, pattern designed by Ailbíona McLochlainn.

Make waves with this unexpected take on the traditional Breton pullover. Bringing together the rustic and the nautical, Tonn features a modified lace technique to create a ripple motif  that can be worked in one of two striking configurations. The word tonn means ‘wave’ in Irish Gaelic, and is pronounced with a long vowel. This stunning jumper was designed especially for our Faerie Folk Donegal Tweed. The dense waves option, pictured used 2639 Selkie, while the open waves sample is in 2637 Lir. Each of the colour options is paired with 2601 Failinis.
