Wave Run Cowl Kit, pattern designed by Ailbíona McLochlainn.

This gorgeous Cowl is part of the Irish Waves Collection from Ailbíona McLochlainn.

This cowl was designed in our very own Faerie Folk, with the recurring waves motif which is simple yet effective. The ripple motif is achieved using a surprisingly simple technique, with no colourwork involved, making this cowl suitable for all skill levels. 

Folklore Yarns Faerie Folk Donegal Mohair Tweed:

70% Merino, 30% Kid Mohair, 220m/ 100g

Pattern notes:

Gauge: 25 sts x 32 rounds = 10cm x 10cm (4”x4”), in pattern

Size 1 (2, 3) measures as follows in height x circumference: 25cm/ 10” x 60cm/ 24” (30cm/ 12” x 65cm/ 26”, 35cm/ 14” x 70cm/ 28”)
