Join us for a lovely day of handmade buttons and hand-dyed yarns! Louise of Ethel and Joan will be bringing her handmade buttons, alongside hand-dyed chunky yarns from Knotted By Nish. Come along and meet Louise and Nish, browse their products and find a little inspiration for your next project. We'd love to see you!

Our October diary included an Irish Artisan Yarns pop-up shop at Folklore Yarns, featuring Tara's hand-dyed yarns. It was a fun filled, chat filled day with Tara showcasing her yarns. It's always lovely to see her latest creations and plan for the winter ahead!

Radisson Blu Hotel, Athlone, Ireland
WOW! What a mad Sunday! Chad and Mary have created such a fantastic event in the heart of Ireland. It was so well attended and such a delight to vend at. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the craic was ninety. We cannot wait for the next one in May.

It was so lovely to finally get inside The Commons on Ormeau Road. It's such a beautiful space and was the perfect setting for this new festival. The festival was really well attended especially as it was the first one ever. Hopefully there can be more in the future.
Saturday 26th & Sunday 27th September 2026
Skipton, North Yorkshire
Yarndale is just superb! We've taken to traveling in the overnight ferry from Belfast to Liverpool arriving early on the Friday morning. An hours drive to Haworth (Wuthering Heights country) for breakfast. We ended up painting some pottery for fun - we can't wait to get the pumpkin tealight holder and sugar bowl back! Then on to Skipton for set up. Dinner in our favourite restaurants - The Woolly Sheep and Mastabs are an absolute must. The merry chaos of Yarndale fills our souls with such happiness it's hard to describe it properly. We had the most wonderful two days. We met some of the loveliest people, hugged friends we hadn't seen in a year and really enjoyed ourselves.
Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th September 2026
Perth, Scotland
The ferry crossing and the drive along the west coast of Scotland makes this one of our favourite trips. It's one of the most scenic drives on the planet! Perth is a beautiful town with some gorgeous buildings and bridges. The venue for this festival was light and airy with tall ceilings which is ideal for selling yarn. It was a fun weekend - we met lots of lovely customers (new and returning) and had great craic with the other vendors.

Stuart Hall, Stewartstown, Co Tyrone, Ireland
What a wonderful day we had in Stewartstown. Castle Stuart Demesne is a truly beautiful setting and it was such a delight to meet all the lovely dogs as well as their owners. A great family day out was had by all!
